My Approach

Know the Shape of the Work Before You Begin
You want to know what you’re walking into before you book anything.
That’s fair.
You talk for an hour, something moves, and by Thursday you can’t quite name what it was.
So here’s the shape of the work.
I developed RECLAIM as a way to bring together what I’ve learned about healing, identity, self-trust, and meaningful change – through my own life experiences, my clinical work, and my ongoing study of how people change.
The seven elements give us a map for understanding where you are, what may have shaped the patterns you’re experiencing now, and what you may need as you move forward.

Walk Through the Seven Elements of RECLAIM
R: Remember who you are.
We reconnect with the woman beneath the roles, expectations, and protective patterns that have shaped your life.
E: Examine your story.
We trace how your experiences, relationships, and beliefs have influenced how you see yourself and move through the world.
C: Create internal safety.
Your nervous system starts recognizing that the present is not the past, building greater capacity to experience difficult emotions without losing connection with yourself.
L: Listen inward.
You reconnect with emotions, intuition, values, and inner wisdom instead of automatically living according to fear, obligation, or the expectations of others.
A: Align your life.
You begin making choices that reflect who you truly are and what matters most to you.
I: Integrate your growth.
You carry forward the wisdom you’ve gained without remaining defined by the chapters you’ve already lived.
M: Maintain the relationship.
Healing isn’t a destination. It’s an ongoing relationship with yourself, built through self-awareness, self-compassion, and intentional practice.
Return to These Again and Again
Seven letters in a row can look like seven steps.
Healing works differently.
RECLAIM isn’t a rigid, step-by-step process. We return to these elements again and again, in whatever order your life asks for them.
A hard season may bring you back to Create Internal Safety long after you’ve been living from Align Your Life.
A conversation with your mother might reopen Examine Your Story on a Tuesday you weren’t expecting.
Returning to an element doesn’t mean you’ve gone backward.
It means the framework is working the way it was designed to work.

What Actually Happens in the Room
You bring me the week you actually had.
All of it looks like ordinary conversation.
Underneath the conversation, the work is specific.
We may examine the thoughts and beliefs influencing how you feel, notice protective patterns that once served an important purpose, or get clearer about what you actually value and want.
Some of it moves slowly, and I’d rather tell you that up front.
I’ll ask the questions that open a door.
You decide whether we go through it that day.
Anxiety, grief, trauma, a life transition, or a persistent sense of distance from yourself: the entry point changes and the map stays the same.
Start Where You Are
You don’t need to know which element you’re on before we begin. We’ll recognize together what needs your attention and why it matters.
Bring the part of your life that’s loudest. We’ll find the thread from there.
I provide virtual therapy to clients throughout Washington State.
The consultation is free. You’ll have an opportunity to hear how I work, ask questions, and decide for yourself whether working together feels like the right fit.
Come Home to Yourself
Rebuilding trust in yourself doesn’t happen in a single conversation, and it doesn’t ask you to become a different person.
It starts with one honest hour, with someone who’s genuinely interested in what you think.
You don’t need a diagnosis, a plan, or a tidy explanation of what’s wrong before you reach out.
This time, the person you’re consulting is you. I’m here to help you hear the answer.
Reach out today, and we’ll find a time to talk. I’d love to hear your story and help you write what comes next.
